Ingredients:

Fish fillets 1/2 kg
Parsley (Ajwain) 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Garlic-ginger paste 1 tbsp
Maida 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tps
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 1 cup

Preparation:

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except fish and oil. Make a fine
