Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounce Imli (Tamarind)
1 ounce Sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp Raisin (kish mish)
1/4 spoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Few drops of red food color.

Preparation:

Soak and put the Imli in water for 12 hours or enough time for Imli to
go soft.
