Ingrediants:
1 kg mutton, cut into 1 – 11/2 inch pieces
350-400 g yogurt, whipped
2-3 medium onions, sliced
1 tsp ginger, ground
1 tsp garlic, ground
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp saffron, roasted and crushed
100 ml butter or ghee
Salt to taste
