Ingredients:

1 onion
2-3 small green chillies
1 inch piece fresh ginger
65 g. mushrooms, sliced
1.5 litre chicken stock
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 stalk lemon grass
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 small bunch watercress
400 g. cooked prawn
salt and pepper

Preparation:
