Ingredients:

  • 300 gms Boneless Chicken Fillets
  • 1 TBS BBQ Masala / Tikka Masala
  • 2 TBS Lemon Juice
  • I TBS Olive Oil

For Salad:

  • I Carrot ~/2 Radish I Tomato
  • 3-4 Lettuce Leaves

For Dressing:

  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 2 TBS Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove Crushed
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, masala and oil.
  2. Place the chicken on a microwave-safe plate or directly on the grill and
    cook on 100% power for 15 minutes.
  3. Chop carrots. radish and lettuce leaves
  4. Combine all ingredients of the dressing and lightly drizzle over the
    chopped salad.
  5. Cut the cooked chicken into the strips and arrange over the prepared
    salad
  6. Now its ready to serve.
