Ingredients:
1 kg mutton leg
25 g meat kachri / tenderizer
350 g yogurt
1/2 kg small potatoes whole
4-6 large tomatoes whole
4 large capsicum whole
100 ml oil or ghee
200 ml water
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Fork the leg of mutton. Rub mutton with meat tenderizer and set aside
