Ingredients:

1 medium Onion (peeled & chopped)
½ kilogram of Brinjals (Baingan) (tender, round and large)
Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp. of Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
2 tsp. of Cooking Oil
