Ingredients:chicken pecan salad dressing

  • 200 gm Chicken breast, boiled or baked
  • 4 Apples
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • ½ cup Cream (soured)
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup fat free Mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
  2. Combine ingredients, add pecans just prior to serving.
  3. Serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with avocado.

Tip: For richer flavor, store chicken in the refrigerator for 24 hours Before roasting it.
