Ingredients:
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh)
- ½ tsp. Ground Ginger (Pisi Adrak)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (fresh ground - to taste)
- 2 cups of Chicken (fully cooked & cubed)
- ½ cup Red Peppers (Saabut Lal Mirch) or Green Peppers (Saabut Hari Mirch) (chopped)
- ½ cup Celery (chopped)
- ¼ cup Onions (chopped)
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- 4 Sandwich Bread Rolls
Preparation:
- In medium bowl stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepper until blended.
- Stir in chicken, red or green pepper, celery and onion until well blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
- To serve; line rolls with lettuce and fill with chicken salad.
