Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh)
  • ½ tsp. Ground Ginger (Pisi Adrak)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (fresh ground - to taste)
  • 2 cups of Chicken (fully cooked & cubed)
  • ½ cup Red Peppers (Saabut Lal Mirch) or Green Peppers (Saabut Hari Mirch) (chopped)
  • ½ cup Celery (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Onions (chopped)
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 Sandwich Bread Rolls

Preparation:

  1. In medium bowl stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepper until blended.
  2. Stir in chicken, red or green pepper, celery and onion until well blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. To serve; line rolls with lettuce and fill with chicken salad.
