Ingredients:
- 4 Cucumbers
- ¼ cup Mint (Podina) (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- 3 (8 ounce) containers of Plain Yogurt
- Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground) (to taste)
Preparation:
- Peel cucumbers and cut into small pieces.
- Add mint and 2 containers of the plain yogurt and the salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix and chill for exactly 2 hours (the salad reaches its peak flavor at this time.)
- Drain off excess water and add the remaining yogurt, stir well and chill again briefly.
