Ingredients:

  • 1 liter Whole Milk
  • A small can Condensed Milk
  • 4 to 5 tbsp. Sugar (If prefer more sugar then reduce the amount of condenced milk.)
  • ½ cup Rice Flour
  • Dry Fruit (depending on preference)
  • Pistachios (preferred amount)
  • Almonds (Baadaam) (preferred amount)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Essence (Kewra)
  • Seeds from 3 to 4 Small Cardamom Pods (Choti Ilaichi)

Preparation:

  1. In a pot add milk and cardamom seeds, rice flour and sugar.
  2. Leave on a very low flame to cook and keep stirring.
  3. When the mixture thickens add vanilla (kewra) essence and remove from heat. And garnish with dry fruit.
