Ingredients:
- 1 liter Whole Milk
- A small can Condensed Milk
- 4 to 5 tbsp. Sugar (If prefer more sugar then reduce the amount of condenced milk.)
- ½ cup Rice Flour
- Dry Fruit (depending on preference)
- Pistachios (preferred amount)
- Almonds (Baadaam) (preferred amount)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Essence (Kewra)
- Seeds from 3 to 4 Small Cardamom Pods (Choti Ilaichi)
Preparation:
- In a pot add milk and cardamom seeds, rice flour and sugar.
- Leave on a very low flame to cook and keep stirring.
- When the mixture thickens add vanilla (kewra) essence and remove from heat. And garnish with dry fruit.
