Ingredients:

  • 1 Kg. Beef
  • 3 medium Onions finely sliced
  • 1 Table spoon Ginger ( Adrak )
  • I bulb of Garlic ( Lehsun )
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil or Ghee
  • 1 ½ tea spoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tea spoon Turmeric Powder ( Haldi )
  • 1 ½ tea spoon White Zeera (grounded)
  • 1 Table spoon Coriander Powder
  • 10 pieces Black Pepper (whole)
  • 1 tea spoon Garam Masala ( Spice Mixtures )
  • 1 tea spoon Black Zeera
  • A small knob of kneaded flour (Atta)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Wash and pat dry the beef. In a large Matka add beef, garlic, and ginger
    in Cooking Oil or Ghee.
  2. Then add the remaining spices with onions and water. Keep the matka on
    low fire and let it cook until the water has dried.
  3. Then stir-fry till brown. Once more add water and let it simmer on low
    heat.
  4. Now take the knob of kneaded flour (atta) and keep it an a small bowl of
    water. Mix it gently so that it dissolves in the water.
  5. Add this dissolved Atta (flour) in the matka, stirring as u pours it in.
    Bring to boil.
  6. Now sprinkle the grounded zeera and garam masala and let it simmer for
    another 15 minutes.
