- Chicken cut in 10 pieces
- Egg whites 3
- Salad dressing 1/2 pack
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
- Wash and dry the chicken, mix all seasoning in a plastic bag, add
breadcrumbs.
- Dip each piece in egg with white then coat with seasoning.
- Grease the baking dish, set the chicken pieces, sprinkle remaining
seasoning, spray oil and bake on 180o C for 20 minutes again.
- Brush oil; serve with sauté potato, carrot and Salad.
