Ingredients:

  • 6 pai ( Mutton )
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup corn flour (starch)
  • 1 onion
  • Hara dhania (Coriander Leave), ginger and green chili for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Fry onions in oil till they are golden.
  2. Add all the ingredients to it except corn flour.
  3. Then add about 8 glasses of water and leave on very low heat to
    tenderize.
  4. When soft and you can see oil surfacing add corn flour to thicken,
    stirring all the time to avoid lumps.
  5. Garnish with fresh dhuniya, green chili and ginger.
  6. Also sprinkle some garam masala for additional spicy taste.
  7. Serve with Nan.
