Ingredients:

  • 200 gms Asparagus tips
  • 150 gms peeled Prawns
  • 100 gms Paneer
  • Lettuce or Watercress
  • Freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp chopped, diced Cucumber

Preparation:

  1. Mix the prawns, cottage cheese  and cucumber together, seasoning to taste
    with the pepper.
  2. Lay the mixture on a bed of shredded lettuce or watercress and decorate
    with the asparagus tips.

Tip: To retain firm texture of prawns, add lemon juice when cooking is
completed.
