Ingredients:
- 200 gms Asparagus tips
- 150 gms peeled Prawns
- 100 gms Paneer
- Lettuce or Watercress
- Freshly ground Black Pepper
- 4 tbsp chopped, diced Cucumber
Preparation:
- Mix the prawns, cottage cheese and cucumber together, seasoning to taste
with the pepper. - Lay the mixture on a bed of shredded lettuce or watercress and decorate
with the asparagus tips.
Tip: To retain firm texture of prawns, add lemon juice when cooking is
completed.
