Sheer Korma / Vermicelli Pudding Recipe
Elements:
1 liter of Dairy (or 2 glasses of Powder Milk dissolved in 12 glasses of water)
4 tablespoons of Sugar
¼ cup of Pistachio nuts (Pistay) (chopped)
Seed products from 6 Small Cardamoms (Choti Ilaichi)
¼ cup of Raisins (Kishmish)
½ cup of Coconut (Khopra) (dried) (chopped)
1 number of Vermicelli Noodles (sivaiyan)
½ cup of Walnuts (Baadaam) (chopped)
¼ cup of Dried Dates (chopped)
1 teaspoon. of Rose Water Essence (Kewra)
Preparation:
Clean the dry fruit and soak inside a little milk for 3-4 hrs. Inside a heavy based pot add milk, sugar and cardamom seed products.
Simmer on low warmth until it begins to thicken. Add some vermicelli and continue cooking before the vermicelli softens.
Add some presoaked dry fruit and prepare for five minutes. Right before getting rid of from warmth add some rose water essence.
