Ingredient:

  • 2 boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces(about1/2inch)
  • 5 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • salt
  • 3 tblsp oil
  • chpped green chilies and coriander to garnish

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a karahi and fry the chicken pieces
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Stir well, crushing the tomatoes.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
