Ingredient:
- 2 boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces(about1/2inch)
- 5 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- salt
- 3 tblsp oil
- chpped green chilies and coriander to garnish
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a karahi and fry the chicken pieces
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
- Stir well, crushing the tomatoes.
- Add garnish and serve.
