    This Baked Feta and Olives appetizer is a delightful, savory treat perfect for any gathering. The creamy, golden feta cheese pairs beautifully with the briny olives and blistered cherry tomatoes. Infused with garlic, oregano, and a touch of red pepper flakes, it delivers a burst of flavor in every bite. Served warm with crusty bread or crackers, it’s an irresistible dish that’s both easy to prepare and elegantly delicious. A great addition to your appetizer repertoire!

    Ingredients:

    – 1 block of feta cheese (about 8 oz)
    – 1 cup mixed olives (green, Kalamata, etc.)
    – 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    – 1/4 cup olive oil
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 tsp dried oregano
    – 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
    – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    – Freshly cracked black pepper
    – Crusty bread or crackers (for serving)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.

    2. Prepare Dish: Arrange the block of feta cheese in the center of a small baking dish. Surround the feta with mixed olives and cherry tomatoes.

    3. Season: Drizzle olive oil generously over the feta, olives, and tomatoes. Top with minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if desired). Finish with freshly cracked black pepper.

    4. Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the feta is soft and slightly golden and the tomatoes are blistered.

    5. Garnish: After baking, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the dish.
