    Lose 10 kg Breakfast Pancakes Recipe: Oatmeal and Apples

    Start your day with this healthy, no-flour, no-sugar breakfast that helped me lose 10 kg! These oatmeal pancakes are packed with nutrients, naturally sweetened, and incredibly easy to make.

     

    Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats

    2 eggs

    2 ripe bananas, mashed

    1/2 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative, such as almond or oat milk)

    1 tsp baking powder

    Pinch of salt

    Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground cinnamon

     

    Instructions

    1. Prepare the batter:
    Add the rolled oats, eggs, mashed bananas, milk, baking powder, salt, and optional ingredients (vanilla extract and cinnamon) into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and well combined.

    2. Heat the skillet:
    Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or a small amount of oil if necessary.

    3. Cook the pancakes:
    Pour the batter onto the skillet to form pancakes of your desired size. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

    4. Serve and enjoy:
    Plate the warm pancakes and top them with fresh fruit, apple slices, a drizzle of maple syrup, or a dollop of yogurt for added flavor.
