    One Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni Recipe

    Looking for a quick and delicious dinner idea? Try this One Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni recipe! It’s a family-friendly meal with minimal cleanup, perfect for busy weeknights. This easy homemade cheeseburger macaroni is loaded with ground beef, gooey cheddar cheese, and tender elbow macaroni.

    Ingredients:
    – 1 lb ground beef
    – 1 diced onion
    – 2 cloves minced garlic
    – 2 cups beef broth
    – 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    – 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    – 1 tsp paprika
    – 1 tsp mustard powder
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    – 1/2 cup milk
    – Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Brown the Ground Beef: In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

    2. Add Liquids and Macaroni: Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes (with juices), paprika, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then add uncooked elbow macaroni. Stir well to combine.

    3. Simmer the Pasta: Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and has absorbed the flavors.

    4. Cheesy Goodness: Once the pasta is cooked, remove the pot from heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and milk until the mixture is creamy and the cheese is melted.

    5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your creamy cheeseburger macaroni.
