    This Seafood Bisque with Crab, Shrimp, and Lobster is the epitome of indulgence, combining the rich flavors of the ocean in a creamy, velvety broth. Perfect for a special occasion or a cozy night in, this bisque is both luxurious and comforting. The blend of tender crab, succulent shrimp, and sweet lobster, infused with a hint of spice, creates a dish that’s both elegant and satisfying. It’s easy to prepare yet impressively delicious, making it an ideal choice for seafood lovers. Serve it as a stunning appetizer or a main course that’s sure to wow your guests.

    Ingredients:

    – 1 tablespoon butter
    – 1 tablespoon olive oil
    – 1 onion, finely diced
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    – 4 cups seafood stock
    – 1 cup heavy cream
    – 1/2 cup tomato paste
    – 1/4 cup chicken broth
    – 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – 1/2 pound crab meat
    – 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    – 1/2 pound lobster meat, chopped
    – 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

    Directions:

    1. In a large pot, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat.

    2. Add the finely diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

    3. Sprinkle the flour over the onion mixture, stirring continuously for 2 minutes to form a smooth roux.

    4. Slowly whisk in the seafood stock, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.

    5. Stir in the tomato paste, heavy cream, chicken broth, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Allow the bisque to cook for 10 minutes, letting the flavors develop.

    6. Add the crab, shrimp, and lobster to the pot, simmering gently until the seafood is perfectly cooked.

    7. Finish by stirring in the chopped parsley, and adjust the seasoning to your preference.

    Notes:

    – Adjust the heat by increasing or decreasing the amount of cayenne pepper.
