    Creamy Chicken Parmesan Soup in the Crock Pot

    This Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Parmesan Soup is the ultimate comfort food, combining tender chicken, rich Parmesan, and melted mozzarella in a velvety broth. It’s perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners. With minimal prep and slow-cooker convenience, it’s a stress-free way to enjoy hearty, cheesy goodness. Add cooked pasta for extra heartiness, or keep it low-carb by skipping it. This creamy, flavorful soup is sure to become a family favorite!

     

    Ingredients:

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    4 cups chicken broth

    1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp onion powder

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup cooked pasta (optional)

    Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

     

    Directions:

    1. Prepare Your Crock Pot: Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the Crock Pot.

    2. Cook the Chicken: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.

    3. Shred and Mix: Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the Crock Pot.

    4. Add Creamy Ingredients: Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Cook on low for an additional 20-30 minutes until the soup becomes rich and creamy.

    5. Optional Pasta: For a heartier meal, stir in cooked pasta just before serving.

    6. Garnish and Serve: Top with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan for added flavor.
